Brick Township won the last time they faced Long Branch and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Green Dragons blew past the Green Wave 13-3. The result was nothing new for the Green Dragons, who have now won nine matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Brick Township has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-10 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Long Branch, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brick Township will face off against Lacey Township at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Long Branch, they will take on Keyport at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
