Lynn Classical and Revere are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2014, but not for long. The Lynn Classical Rams will be playing at home against the Revere Patriots at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Last Tuesday, Lynn Classical came up short against Lynn English and fell 56-45.
Meanwhile, Revere entered their tilt with Somerville with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Revere enjoyed a cozy 42-23 victory over Somerville on Tuesday.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Revere to victory, but perhaps none more so than Haley Belloise, who scored 15 points along with three steals. That's the first time this season that Belloise scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Belma Velic, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Lynn Classical's loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-2. As for Revere, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.
Lynn Classical and Revere were neck-and-neck in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, but Lynn Classical came up empty-handed after a 35-34 defeat.
