Chartiers-Houston might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won three matches by 21 points or more this season.
Despite the loss, Western Beaver saw an underclassman step up: Nathan Schwarz scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Ryan Dedominics, who scored six points.
Chartiers-Houston's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points per game. As for Western Beaver, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chartiers-Houston will square off against Bentworth at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bentworth is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak. Western Beaver won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Propel Montour at 12:00 p.m. on December 29th. Propel Montour comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
