This season hasn't been kind to The Lynbrook Vikings, who are still winless after their tenth game. They were dealt a 45-0 defeat at the hands of Saratoga on Saturday. Lynbrook was already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.
Keion Ashjaee-marshall was the offensive standout of the match as he rushed for 103 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. Another player making a difference was Brennan Pak, who rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
Lynbrook's loss was their tenth straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-10. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 7.6 points per game. As for Saratoga, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.
Lynbrook does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Saratoga also has no future games currently scheduled.
