Lafayette strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They took down the Franklin Hornets 51-33. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2024.

Lafayette's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Franklin, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Lafayette has already played their next game, a 70-50 win against Rayne on the 8th. As for Franklin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-58 victory against Westgate on the 10th.
