The Hokes Bluff Eagles will take on the Oneonta Redskins at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.
Oneonta will be up against a hot Hokes Bluff team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Eagles were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over Glencoe on Tuesday. Considering the Eagles have won six matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Lacey Grace Hall made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Hall was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two doubles and one run. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in April of 2025.
