Osawatomie has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 28 points or more this season.
Osawatomie's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cooper Peterson, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and three steals. Peterson also posted two blocks for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jasper Sallee, who scored 12 points along with seven assists.
Osawatomie's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Prairie View, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
Osawatomie will head out on the road to face off against Uniontown at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Uniontown's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Osawatomie has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road. As for Prairie View, they will square off against Oswego at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Kansas (Oswego is ranked 325th, while Prairie View is ranked 332nd).
