Softball Recap: Hanson Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Flandreau, Hanson was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Wagner Red Raiders 22-4. The result was nothing new for the Beavers, who have now won seven contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

Hanson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Wagner, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-14.

Coming up, Hanson is taking a road trip to challenge McCook Central/Montrose at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wagner, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Sioux Falls Christian at 4:00 p.m.
