South Caldwell waltzed into their contest on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the A.C. Reynolds Rockets get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matchups by ten runs or more this season.

South Caldwell pushed their record up to 21-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.7 runs over those games. As for A.C. Reynolds, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.

Coming up, South Caldwell will be taking part in a tournament against Weddington at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for A.C. Reynolds, they will square off against West Wilkes at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Blackhawks will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something the Rockets surely won't give up without a fight.
