Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jefferson-Morgan). They were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the Bethlehem Center Bulldogs on Wednesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Jefferson-Morgan and bumps their season record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Bethlehem Center, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Jefferson-Morgan is set to take on their familiar foe Mapletown at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bethlehem Center will square off against rival Avella at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
