Plato had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Eminence Redwings a 15-0 shutout on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won four contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Plato's win bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Eminence, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Plato wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 10-6 defeat against Richland on the 15th. As for Eminence, they will venture away from home to square off against Lesterville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
