Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday DeMarcus Deroche stepped things up a notch to give Key West the 'W'. Deroche was dialed in and dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds. He played a big game the last time he faced Coral Shores, so the team probably should've seen him coming.
Deroche and Key West will head out on the road to square off against the Barracudas at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will pit Deroche up against Coral Reef's star center Yvon Mbenza. Will Deroche turn in another gem to overcome Key West? We'll have our answer very soon.
