Meanwhile, Melba scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They came out on top against Nyssa by a score of 73-60. Given Melba's advantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 39th in Idaho, while Nyssa is ranked 126th in Oregon), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Parma's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Melba, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.
