Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Parkwood to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cameron McKinney, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds. Parkwood pushed their record up to 13-7 with that win, which was their eighth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points per game. As for Monroe, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Parkwood skirted past Monroe 59-57 in their previous matchup back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Parkwood since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
