Bruning-Davenport/Shickley extended the longest winning streak in D1 District 5 (8 Man) this week by beating Harvard, 44-19. This was the team's eighth consecutive win.
Red Cloud fell to Heartland 66-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Cameron Jordan ran for 58 yards and caught 2 passes for 17 yards in the defeat.
The Cardinals' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Colton Ives threw for 64 yards and Tanner Ives had 33 yards receiving. On the ground Christian Martell contributed 96 yards. Derrick Ives helped Harvard's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 14 yards.

Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, McCool Junction's Damon Kaliff and Alex Preslicka have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-9 quarterback Kaliff has thrown for 956 yards this season, while Preslicka has 31 catches for 667 yards. The Huskies' Tyler Brown leads the league in rushing yards with 1,146.
Heartland led the league in scoring this week after putting up 66 points on Red Cloud. Austin Stuhr ran for 45 yards during the win.
