It was another big night for Charly Gulbin, who threw for 295 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes. Tyler Gibson did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 150 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Proctor Academy's good fortune finally ran out two weeks ago. They took a 26-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of St. Paul's.
Hamden Hall Country Day has yet to lose a match at home this season, leaving them with a 7-1 record. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.0 points per game. As for Proctor Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
Hamden Hall Country Day and Proctor Academy were almost perfectly matched up in their previous meeting back in November of 2022, but Hamden Hall Country Day suffered an agonizing 35-34 loss.
