The White County Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Upperman Bees at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.
Last Friday, White County didn't have too much trouble with Cumberland County at home as they won 49-31.
White County can attribute much of their success to Jackson Young, who scored 16 points along with two blocks. That's the first time this season that Young posted two or more blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Lucas Dickerson, who scored six points.
Meanwhile, Upperman beat DeKalb County 58-46 on Friday. Given Upperman's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 53rd, while DeKalb County is ranked 211th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
White County has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. As for Upperman, they pushed their record up to 10-3 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
