Meanwhile, Central Hardin never let their opponents score on Friday. They claimed a resounding 60-0 victory over Christian County at home. The win was just what Central Hardin needed coming off of a 48-8 defeat in their prior contest.
Daviess County is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season. As for Central Hardin, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Things could have been worse for Daviess County, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 17-3 loss to Central Hardin in their previous meeting back in November of 2022. Can Daviess County avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
