North Vermillion extended the longest winning streak in Wabash River this week by beating North Central, 27-14. The victory was the 11th in a row for the team.
Attica took down Cloverdale 54-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Attica's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Red Ramblers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Brady Sheridan has thrown for 674 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while J.R. Dunwell has 13 catches for 232 yards. Carson Davis leads the league in rushing with 785 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when North Vermillion takes on the Red Ramblers. The Falcons are currently in first, while Attica is in third.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when North Vermillion takes on Ryan Good's team. The Falcons have allowed 136 points this season, while the Red Ramblers have given up 106. North Vermillion allowed 14 points last week as it beat the Thunderbirds.
Fountain Central made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 6,259 from 6,465.
