Andrew Parker continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Redeemer Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Beau Suarez, who scored ten points along with five rebounds and five steals.
When it comes to explaining why Cornerstone Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Josiah Espy. Despite the final result, he scored 27 points. Another player making a difference was Rodolfo Valladares, who scored nine points.
Redeemer Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Cornerstone Academy, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-2.

As for Cornerstone Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Saint Francis Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
