Basketball Recap: Gabriel Franco and Keavon Bailey - HS Secure Win for Concord Christian Academy

Concord Christian Academy posted their biggest win since December 19, 2023 on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 42-18 margin over the Fairwinds Christian Knights. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-11.

Leading Concord Christian Academy to victory were Keavon Bailey - HS and Gabriel Franco. Bailey - HS dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 boards, while Franco went 6 of 9 en route to 14 points. With that strong performance, Bailey - HS is now averaging an impressive 2.3 steals per game. Ricky Watson was another key player, putting up three points.

Concord Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fairwinds Christian only posted one assist.

Concord Christian Academy picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Fairwinds Christian, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
