Basketball Recap: Clemens Gets the Win

Clemens won the last time they faced Brandeis and things went their way on Friday too. The Buffaloes secured a 49-45 W over the Broncos. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Buffaloes.

Several Broncos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Braylon Taylor, who posted six points in addition to five assists and three steals. Taylor also posted a block, marking his first of the season. Chris Battles was another key player, putting up seven points and three blocks.

Clemens' record is now 15-2. As for Brandeis, they moved to 12-3 with that loss, which also ended their 11-game winning streak.

Clemens has already played their next contest, a 55-41 win against Antonian Prep on the 12th. As for Brandeis, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 73-57 defeat against Sotomayor on the 12th.
