The Sierra Grande Panthers lost against the Granada Bobcats back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Sierra Grande had to suffer through a rough 52-22 loss at the hands of Granada. Sierra Grande has struggled against Granada recently, as their match on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Aron Ojeda and Brian Ontiveros certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Ojeda threw for 55 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, while Ontiveros picked up 45 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Sierra Grande's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Granada, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-1.
Sierra Grande does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Granada also has no future games currently scheduled.
