Saint Mary's' defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. Leading the way was Luke Swanson and his two sacks.
Richmond's loss was their sixth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 1-6. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 3.3 points per game. As for Saint Mary's, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

As for Saint Mary's, they will head out on the road to face off against Maria Carrillo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
