KAELYNN HOWELL gave up the fewest walks she has since back in April on Thursday. She was dynamite, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
