Everything went the Spartans' way against the La Junta Tigers as they made off with a 3-0 victory with plenty of help from Wilcox, who had eight digs and five aces. She has been hot recently, having also posted 13 or more assists the last three times she's played.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 25-21.

Salida's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for La Junta, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
