Sophomore of the Year - Gabby Gray, Baylor (Chattanooga, Tenn.), 6-0 OHGray, Tennessee's Gatorade Player of the Year, led the Red Raiders to a 43-9 record and the DII-AA state championship. Gray amassed 605 kills, 354 digs, 71 service aces and 31 blocks. A MaxPreps Freshman All-American in 2013, she is a two-time all-state honoree and was named MVP of the DII-AA state final.
MH - Mariah Whalen, Newman (Wausau, Wis.), 6-1 Whalen finished with 831 kills and more than 1,500 attacks for Newman Catholic this fall, helping the Cardinals repeat as D-4 state champions. Along the way she had 53 blocks, 102 aces, 280 digs and earned all-state tournament honors and first team all-state honors. Whalen also is the Gannett Central Wisconsin Media's volleyball POY.
MH - Caroline Marsh, North Henderson (Hendersonville, N.C.), 5-10 Marsh averaged 6.7 kills, 1.5 blocks and 2.3 digs per set while serving 41 aces and returning 325 serves with just 31 errors as the Knights went 16-8. The all-state player was named the Times-News POY.
MB - Dana Rettke, Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, Ill.), 6-7 Rettke, who has committed to Wisconsin, guided Riverside to 23 wins with 344 kills (3.7), 140 blocks (1.5) and 43 aces.

Cooney helped lead Shawnee Heights to a third-place finish in 5A. On the year, Cooney registered 262 kills on 642 attacks and had 89 blocks. She also served 88 percent with 53 aces and had 167 digs. Cooney was also a first-team all-Centennial League pick and an all-5A state tournament selection.
MH - Ariel Dulaney, Bayside Academy (Daphne, Ala.), 6-0Named Coastal Alabama's Player of the Year, Dulaney totaled 544 kills, 411 digs and 63 blocks as Bayside Academy won its 13th-straight state title.
OH - Grace Loberg, Geneva (Ill.), 6-3Loberg
led Geneva to a 30-win season and was named the Beacon's Player of the
Year after killing 330 balls, plus 215 digs, 42 aces and 27 blocks. She
has committed to Wisconsin.
OH - Meredith Norris, Corunna (Mich.), 6-2 Norris turned in a sophomore season that saw her post 754 kills along with 571 digs, 77 blocks and 97 aces in leading the Cavaliers deep into the playoffs. She set a state record with 53 kills in one match this season and has more than 1,500 kills in just two seasons.
OH - Leketor Member-Meneh, Lutheran South (St. Louis), 5-9Member-Meneh averaged 6.95 kills per set. She also was strong defensively (296 digs) and helped lead the Lancers to a 20-9-5 record.
OH - Lexi Sun, Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, Calif.), 6-2The Eagles may have won just 13 of 28 matches, but Sun had 340 kills, 235 digs, 36 total blocks and was the lone sophomore named to the All-San Diego Section Team.
OH - Brooke Botkin, Pearland (Texas), 6-1Botkin, who has committed to USC, was honored all-state after leading Pearland to 41 wins. She slammed 606 kills (4.7) and 422 digs (3.3). She also received 511 serves.
OH - Kayla Lund, Flintridge Sacred Heart (La Canada-Flintridge, Calif.), 5-11Lund recorded 566 kills (5.5), 54 aces, 50 blocks and 245 digs and 397 serve receptions as Flintridge Sacred Heart went 28-7 and deep into the playoffs.

In just 58 sets, Sheehan recorded 504 kills (6.5), 393 digs (5.1) and had 391 serve receptions. Cambridge-Isanti won 27 matches.
OH - Athena Ardila, Weston (Mass.), 5-11Ardila was the Wildcats' go-to player with 6.4 kills per set and 66 percent hitting. She also had 73 aces and 356 digs (4.0) as Weston was 19-5.
OH - Meghan McClure, Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.), 6-1McClure
was the only sophomore named to the CIF-Southern Section D-IAA
All-Section Team. She led the Eagles to a 27-7 season and a deep playoff
run.
S - Loryn Huffman, McComb (Ohio), 5-8 Huffman teamed with her All-American sister (Jenna) to lead the Panthers to the state finals and a 29-1 record as she set the state record for assists in a season with 1,110. She has also added 1,107 serve receptions and 243 digs.
A-A - Natalie Robinson, Mercer Island (Wash.), 5-11Robinson led the Islanders to a 21-4 record and state 3A quarterfinals by averaging 10.8 assists per set. She also totaled 179 digs (2.0), 73 aces (95.1 percent serving) and killed 75 shots.
A-A - Sydney Hilley, Champlin Park (Champlin, Minn.), 5-11An all-around threat who can play every position, Hilley was primarily a setter with more than 500 assists this season. She also led the Rebels in kills with 454 (5.0), digs with 315 (3.5), assists with 454 (5.0) and aces with 50. She has committed to Wisconsin.
DS/L - Jamye Cox, St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, Ohio), 5-3Cox, who has committed to Michigan State, was named second team all-USA by American Family Insurance after leading the Arrows to a 28-1 season with 44 aces, 419 digs (4.7) and only 11 service errors on the season. She was also an all-state selection.
DS/L - Morgan O'Brien, Libertyville (Ill.), 5-5O'Brien had 556 digs (5.9), 399 serve receptions and served at a 94.6 clip with 33 aces as the Wildcats went 37-5 and reached the state finals.
