Carolina International got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Roy Quick out in front who scored ten points along with eight assists and seven steals. Landon Griffin was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with four steals.
When it comes to explaining why Apprentice Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Radear Watson. Despite the final result, he scored 16 points. That was a full 69.6% of Apprentice Academy's points, marking the eighth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.

They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 55 points. As for Apprentice Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carolina International will take on Jackson Day at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
