After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Kimberly, Hudson was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Holmen Vikings as they made off with a 6-1 win. Considering Hudson have won four matchups by more than three goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Hudson's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Holmen, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-3-1 record.

Looking ahead, Hudson will challenge Chippewa Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holmen, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against D.C. Everest on the 3rd.
