After having lost a blowout to Bedford in their previous matchup, Concord were happy to find some success on Friday. Concord took down Bishop Guertin 23-6.
Concord struggled in the first half and ended with 6 points. Bishop Guertin matched them to leave it all tied up at 6-6. The offense put that tie to bed by coming up with 17 points in the second half to win the game. The win bumped Concord's record up to 2-1. Bishop Guertin are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Next week Concord take on Goffstown at 1:30 PM. Bishop Guertin will look to defend their home turf against Keene at 6:30 PM.
