Leading Vance County to victory were Sarah Baldwin and NaZiya Vandergrift . Baldwin scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and four steals, while Vandergrift scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. The match was Baldwin's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Destiny Timberlake, who scored seven points along with six rebounds and six steals.
Vance County's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Northern Durham, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.
