Piscataway Vo-Tech suffered their closest defeat yet this season on Wednesday. They fell just short of Dunellen by a score of 41-38.
Meanwhile, even though East Brunswick Vo-Tech scored an imposing 56 points on Wednesday, South Amboy still came out on top. South Amboy beat East Brunswick Vo-Tech by the very same score they won with last week: 65-56. The victory made it back-to-back wins for South Amboy.
Piscataway Vo-Tech's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for South Amboy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.
Piscataway Vo-Tech came up short against South Amboy in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 62-50. Can Piscataway Vo-Tech avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
