After having lost a blowout in their previous game against High Tech CV, The Cambridge School was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Ocean View Christian Patriots as they made off with a 3-0 victory. This was payback for the Griffins, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.
The Cambridge School was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-13, 25-17.
Several Patriots players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. The team also got some help courtesy of Maile Ames, who had 20 digs and four aces.
