The Silver Lake Mustangs scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They breezed by Franklin on the road to the tune of 65-18. Silver Lake has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 20 points or more this season.
Silver Lake's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tayten Menke, who scored 16 points along with three steals. Menke has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Faimon, who scored 17 points along with six rebounds.
Silver Lake is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season. As for Franklin, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
