With a playoff win on the line, Hilton Head Prep rose to the challenge on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Pee Dee Academy Golden Eagles with a sharp 45-19 victory. The Dolphins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Ty Harpring continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, en route to 14 points along with five boards and three steals. He has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last six times he's played. Another player making a difference was Billy Barron, who posted eight points.

Hilton Head Prep was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pee Dee Academy only six assists.

When it comes to explaining why Pee Dee Academy lost, don't look at Bennett Causey. Despite the final result, he to rack up 15 points. The dominant performance gave Causey a new career-high in points.

Hilton Head Prep has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.2 points over those games. Pee Dee Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 19-7.
