Meanwhile, Cordova came up short against Davis Sr. on Friday and fell  27-20.
 Cordova didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut  Zachary McIntire.
 Cordova's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Grant, they now  have a winning record of 5-4.
