Despite the loss, L.E.A.D. Academy saw an underclassman step up: freshman Andrew Holcomb went 9 of 21 en route to 25 points along with six rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Holcomb has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Bradley Floyd, who posted seven points and four steals.

L.E.A.D. Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Snook Christian Academy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-6.
L.E.A.D. Academy will face off against Destin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Snook Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 55-27 victory against Jackson Academy on the 7th.
