On Friday Wayne County will take on Perry County at 7:00 PM. Wayne County will be strutting in after a victory while Perry County will be stumbling in from a loss.
Wayne County put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They took their contest against McEwen by a conclusive 36-14 score. Wayne County were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Perry County, and their game last Thursday only extended their streak of losses to eight. They were completely outmatched, falling 6-56 to Huntingdon. Perry County were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-49.
Wayne County simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Perry County 48-8. Will Wayne County repeat their success, or does Perry County have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
