McCurdy hadn't done well against Questa recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The McCurdy Bobcats came out on top against the Questa Wildcats by a score of 47-39. The victory was familiar territory for the Bobcats, who have now won four matches in a row.

Questa lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kamryn Cardenas, who posted 13 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in blocks (two). Another player making a difference was Alyse Lovato, who scored ten points along with five boards and three steals.

McCurdy's win bumped their record up to 19-10. As for Questa, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-6.

McCurdy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 51-37 defeat against Mesa Vista on the 28th. Questa does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
