The Washington School for the Deaf Terriers can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Thursday. They put the hurt on Three Rivers Christian with a sharp 45-21 win. The victory was just what Washington School for the Deaf needed coming off of a 81-32 loss in their prior game.
Julian Robinson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 15 points along with three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 15 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Stromberg, who scored eight points.
The win got Washington School for the Deaf back to even at 10-10. As for Three Rivers Christian, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Washington School for the Deaf will challenge Columbia Adventist Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Three Rivers Christian will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Mossyrock at 7:00 p.m. on January 29th. The timing is sure in Mossyrock's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Three Rivers Christian has been banged up by eight consecutive losses on the road.
