Radford is on a ten-game streak of home wins, while Riverheads is on a five-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Radford Bobcats will take on the Riverheads Gladiators at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Both teams have allowed few points on average, (Radford: 10.4, Riverheads: 11.4) so any points scored will be well earned.
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Radford walked away with it. They came out on top against the G-Men by a score of 22-10 on Saturday.
Radford got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Landen Clark out in front who threw for 199 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Sincere Taylor was another key contributor, picking up 152 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Riverheads stacked a eighth blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They breezed by Poquoson at home to the tune of 37-7. Riverheads' win was all the more impressive since Poquoson was averaging only 15.21 points allowed on the season.
Their wins bumped Radford to 14-0 and Graham to 12-2.
