St. Timothy suffered their closest loss yet this season on Monday. They fell just short of St. Mary by a score of 57-55. St. Timothy's has not had much luck with St. Mary's recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
St. Mary's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bailey Harris led the charge by scoring 25 points along with two steals and two blocks. Harris hasn't dropped below 15points for eight straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexandra Vandiver, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.
St. Timothy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for St. Mary's, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.
St. Timothy's will play host again and welcome Roland Park Country, where tip off is scheduled for 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Roland Park Country is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for St. Mary's, they will head out on the road to challenge Pallotti at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Pallotti is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.
