Waldwick owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They blew past the Dumont Huskies 7-0. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Waldwick's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-3. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Dumont, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

Looking ahead, Waldwick will head out to square off against Pascack Valley on Wednesday. As for Dumont, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pascack Hills on Wednesday. The Broncos will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Huskies surely won't give up without a fight.
