St. Helena College and Career Academy has struggled against Northeast recently, as their match on Saturday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Northeast's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brian Duncan led the charge by scoring 19 points along with four steals. The matchup was Duncan's 16th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Braylon Guerin, who scored ten points along with five steals.
St. Helena College and Career Academy's loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 4-7. As for Northeast, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-5.
