Cayden Sowden gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in February on Friday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
