The Dansville Aggies will head out on the road to square off against the East Jackson Trojans at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Dansville will aim to continue their five-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
On Thursday, Dansville made easy work of Olivet and carried off a 15-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Aggies, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Maddi Carter made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Carter was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and two RBI.

Dansville hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least two batters in three consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask East Jackson). They put the hurt on Vandercook Lake with a sharp 18-7 victory on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.
The team relied heavily on Savannah Macguiness, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs, three RBI, and one double. That double was her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Khloee Gettings, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Dansville's record now sits at 11-3. As for East Jackson, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Dansville has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10.5 hits per game. However, it's not like East Jackson struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 3.8 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
