The Fletcher Senators will head out to square off against the Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fletcher's defense has only allowed 14.5 points per game this season, so Flagler Palm Coast's offense will have their work cut out for them.
Fletcher is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest loss since October 4, 2024 on Friday. They were dealt a 38-9 defeat at the hands of Oakleaf. Having soared to a lofty 35 points in the game before, the Senators couldn't push the score so high this time.
Fletcher's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jah'Myri Jennings, who gained 145 total yards, and Joshua Jones, who picked up 104 receiving yards and one TD.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Flagler Palm Coast, who bounced back after a loss on the road on September 12th. They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 38-7 victory over University. Considering the Bulldogs' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Flagler Palm Coast's win came from a few key players Fletcher will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was La'Darius Simmons, who rushed for 68 yards and one score on only nine carries, and also threw for 135 yards while completing 71.4% of his passes. Another rusher making a difference was Ehimen Ajede, who rushed for 95 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries.

With the win, Flagler Palm Coast broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3. As for Fletcher, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
Fletcher might still be hurting after the 49-29 loss they got from Flagler Palm Coast in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Senators, Marcus Mitchell (who rushed for 285 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 8.4 yards per carry, and also picked up 30 receiving yards) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
