Clay barely beat Keystone Heights the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blue Devils blew past the Indians 12-2 on Thursday. The Blue Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by six  runs or more this season.
 Easton McMahan was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with one  home run and three  RBI.  Cole Carnell was another key player,  scoring three  runs while going 2-for-3.
 Clay  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .600. The last time their  OBP was this high was  back in May of 2024.
Clay is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record  this season. Those  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Keystone Heights, their loss dropped their record down to 17-7.
As of now, neither Clay nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
