The Farmville Homeschool Lions will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the James River HomeSchool Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th.
Last Tuesday, Farmville Homeschool was beaten by the Patriots 82-27. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Farmville Homeschool in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now lost nine in a row.
Meanwhile, James River HomeSchool entered their tilt with the Patriots with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. James River HomeSchool strolled past the Patriots with points to spare last Saturday, taking the game 58-42.
Farmville Homeschool dropped their record down to 5-6 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 29.7 points per game. As for James River HomeSchool, their victory bumped their record up to 10-6.
Farmville Homeschool was taken down by the Eagles 58-22 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Can Farmville Homeschool avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
