Fort Bend Christian Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Donnie Avery Jr out in front who picked up 160 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Avery Jr is becoming a predictor of the Eagles' success: when he posts at least 80 receiving yards the team is 2-1 (and 1-3 when he doesn't). Patrick Wadlington was in the mix as well, providing Fort Bend Christian Academy with two TDs.

What's more, Griffin posted two rushing touchdowns, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. Braeden Robinson was another key player, gaining 110 total yards and two touchdowns.
